Makes 4 burgers
INGREDIENTS
• 1.5 lbs//750 g bratwurst sausages
• Aubrey D. Rebel Red Savina Hot Sauce
• 1 cup/250 mL sauerkraut
• Pickle slices (to taste)
• 4 hamburger buns (pretzel buns are best)
• Aubrey D. Jalapeño Honey Mustard
PREPARATION
Remove casings from bratwursts and blend together withAubrey D. Rebel Red Savina Hot Sauce. Divide into four equal parts and form into patties. Preheat grill. These burgers have more higher fat content than regular burgers... watch for flare ups. Grill at a medium heat. When burgers are cooked through, remove from grill. Place on warmed bun and top with sauerkraut, pickles, and mustard.
