- 20 fresh Jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- 1 (8oz) container cream cheese
- 1 (8oz) package shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large bag Aubrey D Jalapeño White Cheddar Chips, crushed into fine pieces
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, and half of crushed Chips. Stuff jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture. Lightly coat outside of peppers with remaining mayo and roll in remaining chips. Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Enjoy!!
