A zesty tomato based ketchup sure to please! Enough ‘heat’ to liven up the flavour of any dish. Not only for hamburgers and fries, use it mixed up with a mayo for a great dip with veggies or to create a seafood sauce with a spicy kick!
Here is a spicy recipe idea for Sloppy Joe's
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green/red/yellow peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 1/2 cup Aubrey D. Jalapeño Ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 sandwich buns
In a large frying pan heat oil using medium heat. Add onions and peppers, cook for 5 minutes, stiring often. Add ground beef. Stirring often until browned (about 5 to 10 minutes). Drain off excess fat. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except the buns of course. Stir occasionally for about 10 minutes or until a little thickened. Serve on sandwich buns.
At Gourmet Chips and Sauces, we try very hard to keep our ingredients simple. As much we have products that have no preservatives, no additives and no artificial ingredients. This Aubrey D. Rebel Hot Sauce is Gluten Free.
